The Cartagena-based band Dinastía Moon is set to perform at the MUT – Mercado Urbano Tobalaba, officially unveiling the live session of their album «Dimensional».
The launch event will take place on Saturday, May 9, at La Disquería Chilena, starting at 7:00 PM, with free entry and a signing session for attendees.
Following their recent performance at Club Chocolate, where they opened for the Californian band La Lom, Dinastía Moon arrives in Santiago with this new audiovisual recording of «Dimensional,» filmed by the sea at Caleta de San Pedro, Cartagena.
The session offers an immersive experience as the band’s live sound intertwines with cinematic visuals of the central coastline, merging the visual identity of the coastal landscape with the sitar, synthesizers, and the characteristic groove of the project.
Regarding the recording, the band explains: «We decided to film the entire album live at Caleta de San Pedro because we feel it is a beautiful place representative of Cartagena’s heritage. Often, when we are on tour, we are asked what our city is like; this session is a way to share a glimpse of the place where we live and the landscapes that inspire our music.»

As a lead-up to the launch in Santiago, Dinastía Moon will hold a preview on Friday, May 8, at 7:00 PM in Patio Ferreiro, Cartagena, their hometown. This event will also feature free entry and allow the public to see the session for the first time, as well as access to vinyl records and official band merchandise.
The audiovisual recording of «Dimensional» was produced by Fuggy Salinas and Lagartija Visual, under the direction of Carmelo Guerra. The audio was handled by Pablo Gálvez, with mixing completed at Estudio Coscoroba by Pablo Gálvez and Felipe Ruz.
Dinastía Moon features Oskar Videla on sitar, guitar, and synthesizers; Felipe Ruz on guitar and synthesizers; Víctor Lazo on congas and percussion; Román Martínez on bass; and Carmelo War on drums.
