The Labor School of the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile, in collaboration with the Papa John’s Union, invites fast food workers to participate in a free specialized course.

This initiative, set to take place in the first half of 2026, aims primarily to enhance the training and union organization of workers in this sector through studying and discussing various themes and issues that arise within it.

The organizers explained that the fast food industry is «particularly precarious, facing unique challenges regarding union organization and protection against labor abuses.»

The course curriculum is designed «from a political and educational perspective in favor of the working class,» aiming to equip participants with theoretical and practical tools to promote and defend their rights in their respective work environments, as well as to facilitate union organization.

Classes will be held in person at the Pío Nono building of the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile, in the Providencia district, every Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, starting on Tuesday, May 19. A total of 9 classes will be conducted. To register, please complete this form.
