Colombian President Petro Accuses Wealthy Israelis of Electoral Theft Amid Fraud Allegations
«The elections were stolen by wealthy Israelis led by a genocide», asserted Colombian President Gustavo Petro as he provided details backing his claim of a systematic and algorithmic electoral fraud in the recent presidential elections. Allegedly, this fraud manipulated the results of approximately seven million votes to install far-right candidate Abelardo De la Espriella as the victor.
During a press conference with national and international media, Petro maintained that the candidate from the Historical Pact, Iván Cepeda, was the true winner at the polls on June 21, rendering De la Espriella’s election completely invalid and establishing a serious national sovereignty crisis. He indicated that the fraud involved the manipulation of the computer system and was financed by foreign interests.
The core of the Colombian president’s accusation is based on violations of security mechanisms in E-14 forms. He pointed out that 120,000 electoral documents were stripped of the «hash lock» that ensures their immutability, making them modifiable after voting.
«The Registrar lied to the public by claiming there was a lock: it’s just a simple code to identify each form, not a mechanism that prevents its modification,» he emphasized, noting that this procedure violates international treaties and national laws, also representing a contempt of a 2018 Constitutional Court ruling that mandated electoral software to be state-owned.
To support his accusations, Petro detailed the work of a citizens’ oversight group of 70,000 «digital witnesses» and a network of 1,000 IT experts. This team analyzed 1,350 polling stations, employing statistical methods such as streak tests to evaluate voting behavior. The analyses uncovered a predetermined mathematical pattern that, according to the progressive leader, is incompatible with the randomness of human voting, as reported by TeleSUR.
«There’s a mathematical pattern in the voting, not human behavior,» he stressed, noting findings of municipalities with electoral rolls exceeding the total population and direct vote alterations in regions such as Antioquia, Bogotá, and Norte de Santander.

The head of state went further by identifying presumed intellectual and financial authors of the fraud. He asserted that the logistics and financing of the manipulation originated from Israel, as he had warned since the election took place.
«The first certainty the people should have is that Iván Cepeda won the presidency, that the elections were stolen by wealthy Israelis led by a genocide,» he said, referencing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in a lengthy message prior to the press conference.
He indicated that the Israelis acted from abroad to alter voting at 1,665 polling sites that have already been identified.
«Those locations had their tables populated with their own jurors and without electoral witnesses from the Pact, who were previously moved, in Antioquia, Bogotá, and Norte de Santander«, he specified.
«Foreigners executed this electoral fraud with foreign money to impose a president who didn’t win the elections. Goodbye national sovereignty,» he later stated before reporters.
Colombia on the Brink of Its Worst Constitutional Crisis
Petro warned that the imposition of an illegitimate president plunges the country into its gravest constitutional crisis since independence. He claimed that altering the popular will entails a loss of national sovereignty, and all gathered data will be submitted to judicial bodies for a resolution that is «transparent and public.» The president called for caution and peace while organizing popular gatherings for August 7, just as De la Espriella is expected to assume the presidency of Colombia.
Petro issued clear orders to security forces not to repress demonstrations.
«My order is peace and maximum prudence,» he assured.
Finally, the president addressed the economic and political forces in the country to prevent an escalation of violence. «To those who control the economy, I say that a national agreement is still possible, but they must adopt wise positions and abandon political hatred,» he stated.
