Who’s who in the conclave: The 134 cardinals who will elect the new pope

The conclave that will elect the new pope is set to begin in a few days, with 134 cardinals in attendance, following the withdrawal of Spanish cardinal Antonio Cañizares due to health reasons. Although the College of Cardinals consists of 252 members, only those under 80 years old are eligible to gather in the Sistine Chapel to vote for Pope Francis’ successor. This conclave is the most international and youngest in history.
